Found on Google, cited by AI. Results in writing.

Your clients no longer just search Google: they ask ChatGPT or Gemini, and the answer comes down to three names. Our job: getting yours in there. SEO, visibility in AI answers (GEO), acquisition campaigns, and objectives we're willing to write into the contract.

While you're reading this

A future client is comparing, right now.
Without you, if you're not in the answer.

Search has changed shape. People type less and ask more, and an AI's answer comes down to three names. Being excellent is no longer enough: you have to be cited.

01

AI gives three names. Yours isn't one.

A buyer puts their question to Google or ChatGPT. They get three names, contact all three, pick one. You never knew they were looking.

02

You pay every month, with no idea what it brings in.

An agency, a retainer, a monthly report full of curves. It shows you impressions, clicks, rankings. Never the one number that matters: how many new clients this month.

03

When the order book empties, all you can do is wait.

Today your clients come by referral. It's a good channel, but it turns up when it feels like it. The month you need to fill the schedule, there's no button to press.

Our approach

Four steps. And proof lands every month.

An acquisition channel has to be built: first the audit, then the plan, then execution, and a monthly meeting with the numbers. The real ones.

01

The audit

Where you show up and where you're absent: Google, AI answers, paid queries, and what your competitors capture in your place. Quantified, written, no sugar-coating.

02

The plan and the commitment

The mix your market calls for: SEO, content AI engines cite, campaigns. Every action has a date and a quantified objective. Then you choose how we commit: from a monthly retainer to a commission on the business we bring you.

03

The rollout

Technical work, content, campaigns: laid down in that order, measured from day one. Every incoming enquiry is traced back to its source: you always know what brings you clients.

04

Proof, every month

One meeting, one number: enquiries received, their quality, their cost, compared against the written objective. Anything that returns nothing is stopped. Budget goes where it works.

Campaigns produce within weeks; SEO and AI visibility build over months. We say it upfront. And it's exactly why we combine all three.

Pricing and commitment

The price is built with you.
The risk is shared.

No standard rate card: the amount depends on your market, your competition, and what a client is worth to you. What you choose here is something else: who carries the risk. Three plans, from a standard retainer to paying per enquiry delivered.

Plan 1 · Classic

The monthly retainer

The model every agency runs on: a fixed amount, known upfront. The longer you commit, the lower it gets; month-to-month costs more, because most of the work happens at the start. And our fee doesn't move with your ad budget.

Plan 3 · Shared risk

You only pay per enquiry

The first three months are on a retainer: that's the time it takes to find the channel and the message that convert for you. After that, the retainer stops and you pay per qualified enquiry received, against criteria defined with you.

The enquiries we deliver become the only thing we're paid on.

In all three cases, the ad budget stays in your own account, paid directly by you. It never passes through us.

After the diagnostic, you know the plans we're proposing, and at what price.

What changes

What changes when acquisition becomes a system.

Five shifts. No invented percentages, no magic curve: what you stop putting up with, and what you start controlling.

What we look at
Today
With a channel in place
How you get found
People find you if they already know you: your name, your network, your local reputation.
People find you by searching for the problem you solve, even if they've never heard of you.
Your place in AI answers
ChatGPT and Gemini already answer your buyers' questions. You don't know whether you're in them.
Your presence in the answers is measured, worked on, tracked month after month.
The budget-to-enquiries link
The budget goes out every month. The reports talk about impressions and clicks, not enquiries received.
Every spend is tied to the enquiries it produced. What doesn't produce gets cut.
Your flow of incoming enquiries
At the pace of word of mouth: good, but unpredictable, and impossible to accelerate on demand.
A measured, steady flow you can turn up when you have capacity, or ease off when you're full.
What your provider commits to
You're promised inputs: time spent, actions taken, a monthly report. The result stays a matter of hope.
A quantified objective written into the contract, or a provider paid solely on the enquiries they deliver to you.
Sectors we serve

For businesses whose clients compare before they call.

SMEs and mid-market companies whose clients search, compare and ask for advice: Google yesterday, AI today. Where being absent from the answer costs real business.

Manufacturing & industry

Your buyers compare suppliers from across the country. Being found on the precise technical query means getting into the tender, instead of hearing about it too late.

Professional services

Consulting, expertise, engineering: people now ask AI "who should I talk to about…". Your name has to come up in the answer, not only in word of mouth.

Construction & renovation

People look for you by your specialty and your area, then check who you are before calling back. Being solid on both turns local reputation into incoming enquiries.

B2B trade & distribution

Your clients search for a part number, stock availability, a lead time. Whoever shows up at that moment gets the quote request; the others never learn it existed.

What we put in place, in practice

Not a vague engagement. A system you can see.

Eight building blocks, put in place according to what the audit reveals. All serve the same thing: qualified enquiries coming in, and proof of what produced them.

What we put in place, depending on your situation.

SEO audit & technical foundation
Authority content, written to be cited
Visibility in AI answers (GEO)
Managed acquisition campaigns
Pages built to convert
End-to-end measurement
Ranking & citation tracking
Monthly enquiry-focused reporting
The same methods we use for our own acquisition.
Measurement, attribution, AI visibility: the foundation we sell is the one we built for ourselves. We show you behind the scenes at the diagnostic.

Measurement isn't an option. It's the precondition.

Without reliable measurement, everything else is opinion. It's the first thing we put in place, and it's what makes it possible to write objectives into the contract.

Every enquiry traced to its source
Consent-based, compliant measurement
One dashboard, the same numbers for everyone
Dated objectives, reviewed monthly
FAQ

The questions you'd ask us in a meeting.

Do you really guarantee results?+
Yes, when we offer it. The objective is quantified together after the audit, based on your market, then written into the contract along with what happens if we miss it. We don't publish a standard number here: an honest commitment is calculated on your situation, not on a web page.
Why don't you show prices?+
Because breaking through on a local query and on a competitive national market don't take the same effort. After the diagnostic, you receive a quantified proposal, with the plans open in your case. A one-size-fits-all rate card is reassuring; what it mostly funds is cookie-cutter work.
What is AI visibility (GEO)?+
SEO works on your place in Google's results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) targets the answers of AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), which cite a few names instead of listing ten links. In practice: structuring your presence and your content so AI engines understand who you are, and cite you when the question matches your business.
How long before we see results?+
Campaigns produce enquiries within the first weeks. SEO and AI visibility build over months. Anyone who promises otherwise is lining you up for disappointment. That's the point of the mix: paid produces while organic settles in, then organic drives your cost per enquiry down.
We already have an agency.+
Ask them one question: will they write an enquiry objective into the contract, with consequences if they miss it? If yes, keep them, sincerely. If not, the audit will show you what the current retainer produces, and what it doesn't.
Is pay-per-enquiry open to everyone?+
No. It requires a channel that can produce volume and enquiries traceable end to end: we count what we deliver, and you can dispute an enquiry that doesn't meet the criteria. When those conditions aren't met, we say so and propose another plan. In some cases we go further still, with a commission on the business generated: that one requires margins wide enough to absorb it, and we tell you after the audit.
So you're a marketing agency after all?+
No. We're engineers doing acquisition, not an agency that learned to measure. Tracking, counting enquiries, attribution back to the source: we build them, with the same components already running in production on our own platform. It's what agencies subcontract to us. And it's what lets us write an objective into a contract, or get paid per enquiry delivered: we only commit to what we can count ourselves.
